Covid-19 Update And Click & Collect

With the announcement of a second lockdown in the UK we will continue to operate online until we can welcome you back in to store. As a result we have decided to offer a click & collect service, so once you place your order we will contact you via email to discuss a time slot for collection on either the following Tuesday or Saturday. 

We ask that if you would like to use our click & collect service, that you please wear a mask when visiting the shop and do not come if you are suffering from symptoms of Covid-19. We kindly ask that everyone turns up at their time slot on time so that we can limit the number of people collecting items from the shop. No one will be allowed to enter the shop for any reason, we will hand over your items you've ordered at the shop door. This is to minimise risk to yourselves and us and so we can act in line with government guidelines. 

You can continue to order as normal from us as well over the lockdown period using the delivery method available if you have any problems or queries then please do get in touch with us via our email address enquires@hummingbirdhouse.co.uk where we will respond as quickly as we can. 

Please bear with us over the next few days as we work away at uploading all the items on offer in the shop onto our website. We also have new stock arriving Friday 6th November, which will also be added to our website over the coming days.
